Child Support Calculation Data. The income and case information you enter into the Form 14 calculator is used only to perform the calculation and generate your results live and on the PDF exhibit you produce. It is processed only for the moment it takes to calculate and return your results, and is never saved to a database, log file, or any other permanent storage on our servers. We do not retain, review, or have access to the figures you enter. This data exists only on your computer, in your browser, for as long as your browsing session is open; once you close the tab or browser, it is gone. The only information we store about your visit is a small, non-identifying cookie that remembers whether you prefer the mobile or desktop layout.
Williams Robinson Wiggins P.C. respects your privacy. This page explains what other information is collected when you visit this site and how that information may be used.
Gathering Information. This site does not require you to provide personally-identifying information (such as your name, e-mail address, or telephone number) to use the Form 14 calculator. If you contact us using the information on our Contact page, any information you provide is used only to respond to your inquiry and remains private. Like most other web servers, we automatically create logs of each visit to our site. These "access logs" allow us to make our site more useful and efficient. We do not log a visitor's name, address, phone number, or any other personally-identifying information when visiting our site. Rather, these logs contain some or all of the following information:
- The internet protocol address (IP address) of the machine which accessed our site.
- The date and time of the visit.
- The pages viewed.
- The browser being used.
- Any errors encountered.
Cookies. This site uses a single cookie to remember whether you prefer the mobile or desktop layout of the calculator. This cookie does not contain any personally-identifying information and is not used to track your activity elsewhere. If you wish to prevent cookies from being set you may disable them in your browser's preferences, although the site will then auto-detect your device type on each visit instead of remembering your choice.
Use of Information. The use of any personally-identifying information you voluntarily provide, such as through our Contact page, is limited to responding to your inquiry and such other purposes specified at the time the information is gathered. This information is not provided to outside parties except that we may disclose it if required to do so by law or if we believe such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law or with legal process, (b) protect against misuse or unauthorized use of this web site, or (c) protect the personal safety or property of other visitors, the public, or Williams Robinson Wiggins P.C. and its employees.
Security. Williams Robinson Wiggins P.C. has in place what we believe to be appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. This site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connection.
Corrections; Opting Out. Please Contact Us to a) correct or update any personal information we have that you believe is erroneous, or b) request that we make reasonable efforts to remove your personal information from our records. Understand it may be impossible to immediately delete all personal information because of its presence on backup records.
Acceptance of Privacy Policy. Williams Robinson Wiggins P.C. reserves the right to change this policy at any time without further notice. Any changes to this policy will be posted here as soon as is reasonably possible, so please check this page periodically. Use of this web site constitutes acceptance of any policy then in effect.
Links to other Sites. This web site may have links to other sites, including wrw.law, that do not necessarily follow the same privacy practices described here. These other sites may use cookies, collect data, and use that data in ways different from this site. Williams Robinson Wiggins P.C. is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these other sites. Please review their privacy policies separately.
